Crazy Caterpillar (クレイジーキャタピラ) is the third boss from Sparkster (SNES).

This boss is a robotic caterpillar, comprised of various segments. In the first part of the fight it only moves along the ceiling, occasionally dropping iron balls. As it takes damage the segments will detach from the main body, bouncing around the ground until they're destroyed. After taking enough damage the boss will drop from the ceiling and begin bouncing on the ground while shooting flames from its head.
